Fun fact: this was the first flavor of ice cream that Diana ever made, summer of 2009 in her tiny kitchenette in the East Village. Let’s just say we’ve come a long way since that day. Our PBnJ is made with Saratoga PB Co’s natural peanut butter, salted with Amagansett Sea Salt, and swirled with a seasonal fruit compote.
