We thought Mint Chip needed a makeover. It’s rather dated (originated 1973), has become a bit too green in color, and is far too fake tasting. Meet the new mint chip: Gotham Basil Chip. Made with Gotham Greens basil (which is grown on the rooftops of Brooklyn) and pieces of chocolate stracciatella.
