Almond marzipan ice cream with marshmallow and chocolate chips
Rocky Road is SO 1929. We gave it a rockin’ remix. Instead of chocolate with marshmallows and almonds, we flipped the script. This is an almond marzipan ice cream (it’s sweet and granular like the candy) with chocolate chips and a marshmallow swirl (house-made and gelatin free!). It’s not hard, not far to reach.
